With a flow rate of 1.6 gallons per hour (6.05 liters per hour), the NeutraPal effectively prevents acidic condensate from corroding drains and sewer systems. Its provisionally patented manual reset float system alerts users if the unit becomes restricted, ensuring optimal performance at all times.

The NeutraPal also features an integral bypass system to prevent condensate backflow into the appliance. This not only protects the appliance, but also helps maintain a neutral environment for bacteria in septic systems.
