DMF300 ‘Pressure Pal’ Digital Mini System Feeder

The DMF300 ‘Pressure Pal’ Digital Mini System Feeder is a versatile and user-friendly product designed for various applications. With a 17 US gallon tank for storage and mixing, this feeder is perfect for use in car wash boilers, but can also be used in other settings. The digital display screen makes it easy to monitor and adjust settings, while the 0-45psig pressure setpoint with adjustable dead band ensures precise control.

For added convenience and safety, the feeder is equipped with N.O./N.C. alert contacts and an LED light that activates when there is a low level, low pressure, or high-pressure condition. The 5” easy fill access on the front of the tank makes refilling a breeze, and the UL listed power supply can be plugged into any standard 115 VAC outlet.

The diaphragm pump can run dry without damage, and the feeder does not require a direct connection to a potable water supply, eliminating the need for back flow prevention. The make-up fluid stored in the feeder tank can also be pre-treated to meet appliance manufacturers' specifications. In case of low fluid levels, the fluid level switch will shut off the pump and activate alarm contacts.

The DMF300 also features a diverter valve for easy purging of air during initial start-up and manual mixing of solution. Any fluid drained for service can easily be put back into the system, preventing major floods and saving time and resources.
